3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking ID and shipping details.


4. Assembly Service

  • Free basic assembly is included for most furniture items where required.

  • Our delivery team will assist with installation at the time of delivery if applicable.

  • For modular or large items, professional installation may be scheduled separately.


5. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on most products for all major cities.

  • In some remote or difficult-to-reach areas, an additional shipping fee may apply (which will be calculated and displayed at checkout).

  • Large or bulky items requiring special handling may include an additional delivery surcharge, which will be communicated before order confirmation.

  • Local third-party furniture delivery services (for large and fragile items)

All partners are selected based on reliability, safety, and area coverage.


7. Failed or Missed Deliveries

If the delivery is missed due to:

  • Incorrect address provided

  • Unavailability of the recipient

  • Customer refusal to accept the package

Then:

  • A second delivery attempt may be scheduled.

  • Additional charges may apply for re-delivery in certain cases.

  • Orders may be canceled after repeated failed attempts, and a partial refund will be issued.


8. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A wrong product

  • An item with missing parts or accessories
